Holes: Recommended for both boys and girls. Enjoy it.
Ella Enchanted: Recommended for girls, but boys might like it. Might.
Island Of The Blue Dolphins: Uhh…you might like it.
Jane Eyre: A surprisingly action-filled book with some romance. It may be off-putting to boys, but hopefully girls will like it. It won’t make you feel like you have to read it, like some classics (I’m looking at you, Island of the Blue Dolphins!) do.
