Doctor Who: Midnight

A review in verse. Please don’t take this seriously. Spoilers abound for Season 4, episode 10, “Midnight”.

*ahem*

Here is your complimentary Ten-looking-confused image. Enjoy!

And now, a Friday Monday night special PSA:

The Dangers Of Bad Chit-Chat

There was once a strange bloke who boarded a bus

On a deadly planet with a deadly surface.

Everything went swimmingly, everything went well

Until his story it came time to tell.

He stuttered, he stammered, he sighed with great sorrow.

“Weeeeeaaaaaall… If I explained, we’d still be here tomorrow!”

He shrugged it off with a wink and a nod

And on the adventure continued to plod.

Until the fateful moment when Skye missed a beat…

And our Doctor, as well, began to repeat!

The humans aboard were filled with fear

As no viable choice seemed to appear.

“That bloke, that bloke who was boring as ‘ell?”

“Why that bloke, that bloke, we’ll kill him as well!”

The poor old man’s song seemed to have ended…

Until the expendable stewardess was duly expended!

So the Doctor was saved, everything was well.

And through it all, Donna was getting a facial!

Yup.

Not bad for a Monday night. Not bad, at all as a matter of fact. You inspire me to go back to my poetry writing.
